Hoy en día, el Taekwondo se ha convertido en un Arte Marcial de reconocido prestigio a nivel mundial y, en su faceta deportiva, esta presente en las Olímpiadas desde 1.988, como deporte de exhibición, y desde 2.000, como deporte olímpico.

Now a days, Taekwondo has been converted into a Martial Art of recognized prestige in the whole world and in it’s sports facet it was introduced in the Olympics in 1988 as an exhibition sport and since the year 2000 it has been an official Olympic sport.
